Signs communicative practice deliberative Policy
This article describes the attributes of communicative practices underlying the of deliberative policy. The hypothesis of this article is related to the three attribute post-liberal public. This paper argues that all the diverse communication practices have the following attributes: transpersonality, semiotic struc-turedness of discourse, identity. The first attribute - transpersonality, caused dependence communicative practices of government transparency intentions and actions of collective actors. Transpersonality expressed through a sense of comfort provided avoidance of individual decisions, the search options for sharing of collective action. The second attribute- semiotic structuredness of discourse manifested in the formation of symbolic capital power. In this process, more than ever closely linked semiotic and communicative processes .The third attribute of deliberative politics - identity, lifestyle shows involvement of a particular group . It can be local and global in scope. Public discourse is not so long ago was the subject of discussion in the theory of communication. In this context, the analysis of communication practices from the perspective of a theory of communication is important.
