Unlikelihood of factionalism

Fictionalism as a nominalistic philosophy of mathematics can be considered as a direct antitheses to the Platonism. The latter asserted the existence of abstract objects and objectivity of mathematical truths about them. Fictionalism, on the other hand, considers the literal accounting of mathematical propositions as a false one because fictionalism denies the existence of mathematical objects. As a consequence the direct accounting have to be replaced with metaphorical reading. Some arguments for implausibility of fictionalism are suggested.
