The problem of representation of social reality in a theoretical research. case study: models in K. Marx's theories of history and society

The paper considers cognitive heuristic models in Marx's theories. The author shows that representation of reality using theoretical constructs is an obligatory procedure of Marx's scientific methods. This procedure is done using cognitive heuristic models which vary depending upon the objectives of an investigation. Combining models is Marx's usual method of using models to develop the theories of history and society. It makes the theories systematic and heuristically effective.
