The distancing of the subjects in the political space

The idea of the article is to find the measure of social distancing of the subjects in the political space in the region. Based on the conceptual framework are the concepts and types of social distance, the criteria by which changes the social distance. Currently, actualized the issue of the measure of distancing regions from the Federal center, the system of local government from the regional level of government, which is a meso-level, but with the state powers of federal subjects. In the sociology, the search of measuring instruments and the measure of distancing related to the understanding the meaning of the concept of "region". Supposed the segmentation of the political space, dividing it into localized areas which available for micro-sociological analysis. Social distance is a measure of how deeply rooted in society and in what configuration, there is status differences, privileges, positions and so on. The degree of proximity or detachment relations between subjects measures the factorial and intersubjective impacts exerted another subject in the political space in the region. There are the following types of social distance on the criterion the length of the distance between statuses: normal distance situationally shorter distance, abnormally short distance, abnormally long distance. The mobility of political subjects within the boundaries of political space becomes a stimulant of changing social distances, which at initial placement gave the space a different configuration. Changes in social distance can be traced to the following criteria: the direction of the change; the character of the interactions; the intensity of the mobility in the space; the relationship of social and political space to ensure the interaction of political subjects. One could argue that social distance is an instrument measuring status-hierarchical relationships of the authority and the population. Under the conditions of the region to measure social distance is necessary to outline the social space with the help of sensors - measuring instruments that reflect the social identity, status-hierarchical affiliation of interacting subjects in the region. The political component of the region related to the specific relationship of interacting subjects, ways of exercising power, the level of political creativity and the character of political participation. The positions between subjects define "real" measurement of intra-regional distancing. The interchange of social and natural resources are the basis of status-hierarchical arrangement of social subjects in the political space in the region. The mobility and the variability of subjects positions in the political space determine the mechanism of action of the optimal allocation of these subjects in the political space in the region. The dominant motivation of subjects in politics leads to purposeful rearrangement of the positions and of the change of formal distances.
