Theoretical questions of studying of transition of youth from training to the labor market
The article attempts to conceptualizing of the transition of young people from school to the labor market. In the analysis of the problems of youth in contemporary labor market are applied conceptual frameworks of signal theory, network theory (M.Granovetter) and systems theory (N.Luhmann). Considered the relevance proposed theories for explain of the hidden determinants of strategies of young people in contemporary labor market. These theories allow to explain issues relating to the relationship of youth, education and the employer, as the macro and micro levels. More attention to the individual rootedness behavior in social networks to better explain the occurrence of certain trends in professional strategies. In turn, Luhmann's "solutions" allow us to explain the model decision-making strategies in modern conditions.
