The conditionality of conceptual carcass by the phenomenon of fact transcendence
In the article the fact study is based on the theory that the fact itself is a result of interaction of a subject under study with an object and has a structure, which is considered as by the current theories so as by the peculiarities of the studied object, constructing the conceptual schemes mainly anew. The transcendental nature of the fact, as well as its perception, is determined by two aspects : ontological and epistemologi-cal. First, obviously or not, there exist a pointer ( related as a part and the whole) on the endless stream of some fact variants, which are actualized from time to time and have some particular prime cause. Second, any fact model is a phenomenon , which doesn't exist by itself, but lives as a unique link of a chain and so on. Thus, the syncretic act namely, which actualizes for " me" reality of the specific situation ( the fact) has transcendental nature. The syncretic nature of the institutionalization act is also determined by the fact that actual sensations as well as actual reflexing can be possible only in case of " me" previous experience. Thus, for example, it is obvious that transcendence factor constituting a world/ fact model in planimetry paradigm actualized the concept of plane , but not the concept of space. In the aspect of problem of conceptual carcasses modeling study it is revealed that one and the same theory having been changed against its perception and handling ( because of the studied subject pragmatic presupposition changing) demonstrates the reality of the lack (backbone) criteria. So, the following can be stated : the transcendence of fact can structure conceptual carcasses in a particular way, like it is possible and necessary in the context of some concrete paradigm actual for a collective subject of study.
