The problem of actualization of intercultural tolerance

In this paper it's showed that the accuteness of modern ethnical, confessional, intercultural conflicts makes actual the problem of forming of methodology of intercultural tolerance space building. Such methodology assumes revealing of ontological, existing foundations of tolerant intercultural interactions. At the level of existence each culture is the system of mental dominants. The system of mental dominants and mental nucleus of culture has its property of fullness and the property of effectiveness and an ability to modification. The property of fullness means that the system of mental dominants is embodied in all forms of culture, determining its qualitive originality. The property of effectiveness means its ability to self-development, to reservation of cultural identity by the interaction with other cultures. The ability to modification exists as at the level of phenomena, as at the level of essence. That means the level of change of different mental dominants by the reservation of their informative and structural invariance in general, by the preservation of its own identity. The system of mental dominants, emboding in all cultural phenomena determines not only their qualitive originality but the genesis of some or other cultural forms also. The system of mental dominants and the mental nucleus of culture has a property of originality, it becomes the basis for understanding of equivalence of all cultures. Mental nucleus of culture makes intention on self-preservation, on constant self-confirmation and crystallization of its own cultural identity, on eternal return to its existing foundation, to its dominant sources. By this given intention determines as the depth as the bounds of intercultural interactions and perceptions of different phenomena also. That is why, the space of cultural tolerance, the space of complemental and tolerant co-existence of different cultures can be realized on the basis of principles' raw. Firstly, the realization of the principle of understanding by each culture of its originality and individuality. Secondly, it is a condition of realization равновеликое™ и equivalence of all cultures. Thirdly, it's on condition of the status of the system of mental dominants as a limit of intercultural influence.
