On semantics of comparative predicates II

The problem of interpretation of comparative predicates in the context of comparison of objects with themselves is analyzed. The starting point of the analysis is the conversation about yacht size in Russell's "On denoting". The idea of objectual interpretation, proposed by the author in # 22 of this journal, is developed. Approaches proposed by Kaplan and Surovtsev are criticized. A special form of objectual interpretation is developed for a case posed by Surovtsev.
