The main thesis of the V.I. Vernadsky noospheric concept

In the situation of human impact on nature, the most important is redefining the very essence of human worldview. The globalization of environmental issues, its decisions with catastrophic scale often not under force to one country, requires global efforts on the economic, political, legal, ideological direction. The globalization of environmental problematics, its decisions with catastrophic scale often not beyond to scope for one country. It is essential that global efforts concentrate on the economic, political, legal, ideological direction. Thinkers were interested in the interrelationship of Man and Nature for a long time. They have received the philosophical understanding in the works of V. I. Vernadsky, Le Roy and Teilhard de Char-din. The proposed concepts were based on different positions. The theory of V. I. Vernadsky is based on the scientific material, Le Roy and Teilhard de Chardin took religious and idealistic postulates as a bases. By its orientation, the position of V. I. Vernadsky is optimistic, he believes in the future of Man; the concept of Teilhard de Chardin is based on the eschatological conclusions. Characteristics of the main statement of the noosphere, the place of science, scientific progress in the study of the system "Nature-Man", considered by V. I. Vernadsky, in its essence echo the conclusions of many scientists materialists. The fundamental nature of the noosphere teaching of V. I. Vernadsky is confirmed by its present relevance. An ecological world view formation is a complex, contradictory process that has its own historical and socio-cultural levels. Active, creative human activity based on scientific knowledge, it capable to transform the biosphere into the noosphere. Modern science is an essential element of human existence on planet Earth. The study of noospheric concept of V. I. Vernadsky can become the foundation of a scientific, coherent representations in the relationship between Nature and Society.
