Pacta sunt servanda или о доверии в международных отношениях

The subject of research is the problem of trust in the relations between East and West, which the author associates with the categorization of "friend or foe" in the aspect of civilizational themes. The author analyzes in detail the phenomenon of trust, its principles and distinctive features. The novelty of the research lies in the approach to understanding the tension between the civilizations of East and West through the problem of the possibility of a trusting relationship between them.
