Results and Modeling of Russian-American Relations as an Indicator of International Life

The article summarizes the results of Russian-American relations during the presidency of Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump, contains expert proposals for the normalization of bilateral relations based on guided modeling and economic diplomacy as an alternative to the policy of liberal capitalism in the near-term. In 2020, political and economic relations between Russia and the United States have reached a “bottom” and now require urgent improvement. The main aim of this article is to reveal the reasons for the deterioration of these relations and present expert proposals for their normalization. The research question or hypothesis of this article is to concretize the political agreements between Russia and the United States on diplomatic relations over the entire history of their existence and to form the current agenda in the third decade of the 21st century. This problem should be solved in two ways: empirically and practically. At the theoretical level, it is advisable to use the method of epistemology (i.e., an in-depth study of the subject of research) and the method of synergetics (obtaining new information based on interdisciplinary analysis and synthesis). The expert suggestions of the article's author are recommendatory in obtaining the necessary information and new knowledge aimed at updating the Concept of Foreign Policy of the Russian Federation, improving Russian-American relations and improving the world order. The article describes the essence of the international problems of our days, examines in detail the political contacts at the top and the only fullscale meeting of the presidents of the two world powers in recent years, presents the expert's own view of a new stage in relations between Russia and the United States during the world structural crises. The article also contains an explanation of the need to conclude new agreements and proposes a draft of the main sections of the treaty between the Russian Federation and the United States. One of the significant subsections of the article is economic diplomacy as an alternative to the economic policy of liberal capitalism.
