Book Review: Klyuchko, O.I. (Ed.) (2020) Gender Mentality of Russian Youth: A Psychological Portrait. St. Petersburg: NITs ART

The review highlights the main issues studied in the monograph Gender Mentality of Russian Youth: A Psychological Portrait: analysis of the concepts of mentality and gender mentality in Russian and foreign scientific literature, problems of empirical studies of the perception of modern gender transformations among students in Russian megacities and regions, problems of perception by modern youth of the norms of sexuality and family relations. The author of the review concludes that the project of studying the gender mentality of modern Russian youth, carried out by the team of authors of the monograph, fully complies with the world standards of the theory and methodology of gender studies, and makes a significant contribution to the overall picture of complex and contradictory gender transformations in modern society.
