THE ROLE OF KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT IN META-ABOLITHES FORMING IN INTERDISCIPLINARY APPROACH
Determining knowledge as thebasic development factor, as the main medium of exchange and use, information-oriented society makes high demands of the modern person, consisting not only in possessing necessary set of knowledge, but in being able to learn life-long. At the same time knowledge itself, changing its nature, demands new methods of working with it, new ways of 'management'.In the article the author determines some reasons for changing of modern university education system, where the necessity of meta-abilities forming is the main one. Analyzing the ways of this task solution, the author considers the knowledge management program use as a necessary component for ensuring optimal conditions for creating, identifying, capturing and sharing knowledge with others. The author identifies key elements of the program, necessary conditions for its realization and ways of its practical use
