Rural Poverty in Siberian Region (Tomsk Oblast): Local Case, Local Perspective?
The article outlines the results ofresearch conducted in Tomsk region. The research covers the origins of rural poverty, outlines thetypology of both the rural poor and the strategies of social and economic survival. The article containsthe analysis of respective research strategies.
