QUALITY OF THE HIGH PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION: EXPERIENCE OF THE COMPLEX SOCIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS (BY THE EXAMPLE OF HIGH SCHOOLS OF NOVOSIBIRSK)

In article are discussed the criteria of quality of the high professional education, results of application of sociological techniques of their revealing that are resulted in a some high schools of Novosibirsk. There is also the comparative analysis of triangle of estimations (students, teachers, employers) in the article. It is shown, as for direct participants of educational process, and for agents of a labour market similar representations, about directions, volume and means the formation of the major professional competences for young specialists.
