BUILDING OF THE EFFICIENT CORPORATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.

In given article the basic components of the concept of formation of an effective control system by integration association as economic system are presented. Necessity of application of the system approach to realisation of managerial process by the vertically-integrated Company of Open Society "Tatneft" is proved. Scientific approaches in management of such structures as strategic, innovative, resource, marketing and logistical are systematically observed. The basic key directions of search of reserves of achievement of a strategic target and maintenance of competitiveness of the Company are defined.
