Institutializing The Problem of the Private-Public Partnership: the WesternPractices and Specific Traits in Russia
This articleanalyses the specific traits of the private-public partnership at the international, national and regionallevels. The study presents the results drawn from the expert interviews and standardised interviewswith entrepreneurs in Perm Krai. Also this article contributes from the international publications in thisfield and normative documents of the international organisations actively involved in the PPP institutionalisation.
