Preventing Social Orphanhood: an Attempt of Institutionaland Discourse Analysis

The article is based on the results ofthe research conducted in Tomsk Region as a part of interregional project supported by Victoria Foundation.Special emphasis is given to the interplay between contemporary institutional framework ofsocial orphanage protection and the discourse-based limitations of the practices of prevention.
