Psychological aspects of policy-making in the context of the criteria of realism

In this article there is analyzed the problem of making political decisions in the context of psychological realistic criteria, that are of instrumental character and are being an open system of binary oppositions. When a politician acquires such psycological tools, he also gets reflexive forms of training and an ability of making different political decisions, Realistic criteria serve as subjective standard by which a politician judges to what extent he is willing to make sensible decisions. Criteria proposed by the author give us a reflective exampleof the process of psychological regulation. Sustainable learning and efficient use of the assimilation system of binary oppositions contribute to the increasing of the reflexive capacity and the level of politician's subjectivity. Purposeful formation of all mentioned characteristics through the described concept is possible to be considered as an important task of proper psychological training for decision-makers.
