Emotional burnout syndrome as a problem of self-actualisation of ti ie personality (in the area of caring professions)

Sample of 217 persons - specialists in the area of professions like 'person - person' has been examined with the row of methods with the aim to define relations between the process of self-actualisation and dynamics of emotional burnout syndrome (EBS). Data on relations between peculiarities of self-actualisation and three phases ofEBS are discussed: 'tension', 'resistance' and 'exhaustion'.
