PSYCHOLOGICAL CONTENT OF VOCATIONAL IDENTITY

In article are considered and analysed main approaches to problem identity, which currently established in domestic and foreign psychology. It is entered new concept - vocational identity - as special type of social identity, which have unique structure of elements. It presents itself operational substructure of functional system of the process professionalization and correlate with the other mechanism of the professional development of personality - professional self-determination. It is formulated the worker definition of vocational identity and is undertaken attempt to it's operationing. They are analysed results of the empirical studies, where main purpose is verification of the concept «vocational identity».
