THE COMMUNICATIVE METHODOLOGY OF PSYCHOLOGICAL SCIENCE: PROBABLY WAY OF PSYCHOLOGICAL KNOWLEDGE INTEGRATION

All agree that modern methodology of psychology is orientated towards describing the process of gaining and substantiating psychological knowledge. In methodology of psychology such a way the most important function of methodology - cognitive, is realized. Still the function can't be considered the only function of methodology of psychology. The second essential function is the communicative one which presupposes correlation of different psychological theories that leads to common understanding in psychology. It is necessary to work out communicative methodology of psychology as a science which is aimed not only at describing investigation instrument but at guaranteeing cooperation of various approaches, schools, trends etc. in modern psychology. We propose the concept of communicative methodology, which is aimed at correlation of various psychological concepts and thus contributes to solving the problem on integration of psychological knowledge. The model of correlation of theory and method in psychology forms the basis of the concept of communicative methodology (V.A. Mazilov, 1998, 2001). The model presents structural invariant and that's why can be used as the basis aimed at fulfilling correlation of psychological concepts. There we present and describe concrete technology of psychological knowledge integration which is created on the basis of communicative methodology.
