The Journal publishes original papers on relevant topics, as well as materials of conferences, held under the aegis of the Journal, in Russian, Ukrainian and Ruthenian languages.
The Editorial does not discuss with the authors the content of materials, ways to write and design academic papers, and does not edit or correct them to the necessary scientific and methodological level.
Rusin Journal Library does not charge paper submission, review and publication. The Journal does not pay the authors a royalty.
To ensure broad access, journal materials are posted on the Internet: on the journal website, in scientometric databases Scopus and RISC, et al.
Authors of papers accepted for publication are to give their written consent on processing, editing, publication, and quoting of their papers.

The Journal does not publish previously published material; papers irrelevant to the topic of the journal; materials that do not contain new information or contain factual, historical or other errors that can not be corrected; papers containing statements and hypotheses directly contradicting established scientific facts; literary and journalistic works of any content, including those on a scientific topic; any information that is not directly related to research activities; materials containing information that constitutes a state or commercial secret; materials that contain insults, slander or false information with respect to individuals and organizations.
1. Order of Paper Submission
The paper is to be prepared in accordance with the requirements (see below).
The paper and the scanned copy of the consent form are to be sent to the Editorial Office e-mail: journalrusyn@rambler.ru
Files are to be named by the author's name in the Latin alphabet (e.g., IvanovStatya (for the paper), IvanovBlank (for the content form)).
Manuscripts are accepted for review continuously throughout the year.
The author is allowed to publish onle one article In one issue.
The paper should not exceed 40,000 characters with spaces, including figures, tables, references, and other components of the paper). A report should not exceed 20,000 characters with spaces, a review 8,000 characters with spaces.
Articles received by the editorial board will undergo reviewing. An article under review will be sent to one, or if required, to two reviewers. During the review members of the editorial board, highly qualified scholars or specialists from other organizations who have a deeper knowledge, understanding or experience in the subject area may be in the role of the reviewers. The review is basically unilateral. Neither the author nor the reviewer will be informed as to who either party is. The author receives a copy of the review without a signature, surname, position or place of employment of the reviewer.

2. Author Guidelines
The manuscript should be prepared in MS-Word (.doc, .docx) format. It should be formatted strictly in accordance with the requirements below and carefully proofread.

Citations are to be embedded in brackets after the quote with the use of the source author's name, the year of publication and the number of page cited, separated by a colon (Sulyak 2004: 54).
The Reference list is at the end of the paper. It is to be arranged and numbered in the alphabetical order. One number should refer to only one source of citation.
