Implementation of the Programme of the experimental legal regime in the sphere of digital innovations for the safe unmanned aerial systems operation in the Tomsk region

The prospects for the development of the unmanned aerial systems market are presented. The program of the experimental legal regime was discussed. Potentially, this programme could serve as the basis for the activities of the high-tech industry of the drone usage. Also, the particular attention has been paid to the creation of the Experimental District in the Tomsk Region and to the implementation of the above-mentioned Program within this Experimental District.
