The materials to be submitted to the editors shall be issued in the form of six files:

1. Article drawn up according to the rules

2. Information in English

3. Information about the Author

4. Information on financial support for the work (if any) in English and Russian

5. Scanned copy of certified consent form pismo-soglasie.doc

6. Expert opinion on the possibility of publication in the open press

Files must be named after the author in Latin graphics (for example, Ivanov1, Ivanov2, Ivanov3, Ivanov4).

The consent form must be signed by the author and certified by the organization in which he works or studies.

The maximum article size is 12 pages.

Materials are attached as an archived folder on the journal website after the author is registered.

Automatic notifications about changes in the status of an article (the result of a review, approximate publication dates, etc.) will be sent to the email address specified during registration.

Articles sent by e-mail are not considered.

In case of non-compliance with any requirements, the editors reserve the right not to consider such articles.
