Problems of the development of the administrative model for the formation of the market of Unmanned Aviation Systems at the present stage

The article presents the analysis of the dynamics of the process of formation of the civil aviation sub-sector - aviation works on unmanned aerial systems. Focusing the reader’s attention on the inevitability of a qualitative transition from strategic administration, as a state project, of the formation of the UAS sub-sector to the creation of sectoral mechanisms for the development of the sub-sector, the article points to the objective problems and contradictions associated with this transition, describes possible ways and mechanisms to overcome them.
