New ways of using pyrotechnics for inducing precipitation to extinguish forest fires
The existing technologies for artificially inducing precipitation, the principles of creating aerosol pyrotechnic compositions for active influence on clouds and successful experiments of extinguishing forest fires using PV-26M cartridges fired from an aircraft are considered. A method is proposed for extinguishing forest fires from cassette-type launchers, including those without recoil, installed on unmanned aerial vehicles. The authors declares no conflicts of interests.
