Old Believers in a Variety of Sources. An Introduction to the Special Topic of this Issue

On the example of published articles, modern studies of the Old Believers are analyzed, special attention is paid to methodological approaches and a variety of sources. A brief review of the content of the articles combined in a special issue is made. The author declares no conflict of interests.
