The assessment of the risks and sustainability of projects to extract non-ferrous and raremetals from gold dumps of the energy enterprises of the Kemerovo region

Classification of risks, that influencethe effectiveness of projects on color and rare metals extraction from power enterprises ashdumps in Kemerovo region is given in this article. Calculation formulas of these projects economiceffectiveness are shown here. Allowed risks of quality and quantity methods are described in this abstract.Besides, analysis of these projects resistance is carried out by the SVOT method.
