Construction of an "open" system of payment of the bank
In article possibilities of formation of "open" system of compensation of the personnel of commercial bank are considered. Results of the conducted sociological research of the relation of the personnel to operating systems of compensation in banks which showed are presented that workers don't see interrelation between the contribution to work and earned reward, their contribution to work isn't considered, respondents generally don't know the size of their award depends on what factors. The developed system of compensation of the personnel of bank which will allow employees to receive an adequate assessment of their personal contribution to achievement of goals is given.
