Reserves of increase ofquality of working lifeof different age groups
The quality of working life of different age groups is characterized by the degree of realization of value orientations of employees, formed before the start of the employment period, and also the level of meeting the needs and ensuring the decent conditions of working and post-working activities. The fundamentals of the working quality life are laid long before the beginning of active work. Satisfaction with work, motivation of purposeful activity, desire to build a career are largely determined by the professional education, skills and general knowledge, obtained in the school, at the early stages of human life. The life does not stop in the post-working period, the "new age of balance" between the work and the leisure time appears, when there is still the power and there is still a whole life ... The modern medical technologies, a high standard of living in developed countries allow a person, ending his career, to continue the active lifestyle, to be engaged in interesting work, to be useful to society. The well-being ensuring at different stages of human life is a priority of the social partners, and, in this connection, the identification of reserves to improve the quality of working life does not cease to be relevant. The reserves of improvement of working life quality at each stages of its formation were revealed as the result of the analysis carried out by authors. Thus, it is necessary to strengthen the occupational guidance contributing to the personal self-determination at the stage of pre-working life quality. The reserves increasing the working life quality at the stage of active employment are: the professional development, including self-education and education at their own expense; mastering the related professions to improve professionalism; the use of innovative approaches to the solution of current problems, rationalization activities. At the post-working life stage they are the out-of-profession increase; development of the infrastructure for the third age training; their involvement in socially useful activities.
