On the estimate of human capital
The employee -is a source ofcreative and innovativeproductivityembodiedin the modernandhigh-quality produrt, capital of the enterprise.Currently,there is nothe unity of viewson the oontent ofthe scientificcategory "human capital". In modern science,there is no singleuniversally acceptedapproach, addressing thepartiojlarhuman capital, therefore, there is noassessment toolof human capital.The scientific noveltyof this workis to identifythe intellectual propertyat the microeconomic level-interms of ^^a^apM in terms of^reativity and innovation, leading torevenue growth, the formation ofcompetitive advantages andthe CTeation ofinnovationand the development ofthe indexmethod for assessinghuman capital, taking into amount its specificity.The purposeof this artideis to develop auniversal approachto the evaluation ofhuman capital, taking into amount its spetifitity.
