Question of the formation of innovation networks

The article presents the historical genesis of the theory of formation of innovation networks. The problembases on few science scources, which let find availability of sufficient depth study of the problem of proliferation of innovative products to improve the effectivity and competitiveness of business entities that in the present period of time is especially important in the economy of our country. In particular, there are two basic approaches. The paper putsforward the author's approach connected with the definition of "innovation network". The article notes the basic conditions to stimulate the generation of knowledge. The study of patterns and structure innovation networks presents a graphic representation of types of networking at different stages of the innovation process. The study concluded that the formation of the IP is a logical consequence of the optimal interaction of innovation-active organizations and isolated systems unable to provide the necessary level of competitive development of socio-economic systems. So the planned distribution of intellectual resources in the process of creation and development Innovation Network will allow an effective distribution network innovations that subsequently contribute to the formation of a knowledge based and provide outpacing economic growth.
