Theory, methodology, systemic solutions practice of labor opportunism problems in enterprises
The article substantiates labor opportunism concepts and its improvement necessity as one of social and labor relations types formed in enterprises. The problem concerning relationships between worker's labor behavior and the essence of labor opportunism as a form of this essence existence is investigated. It has been established that the labor opportunism is caused by information asymmetry that allows to distinguish real, imaginary and forced forms of staff's labor opportunistic behavior. Paying attention to this labor opportunism behavior forms provides an opportunity for management to make more accurate and informed decisions oriented to overcome declared problem.
