Quantitative relations identification of the structural dynamics of the investment and constructive complex in Russia

The article presents the order parameters research main points of the investment and constructive complex as an elaborate system. Taking into account the heaviness, the cyclical nature and the oscillatory processes presence in the construction industry path dependency in Russian Federation, it is suggested that the harmonious proportions between the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of investment and constructive activities should be observed in administrative influences. So it will provide important systemic properties that reduce the level of the system entropy, increase the organization degree and the development stability.
