Localization of production at manufacturing enterprises in Russia by forms of ownership

This article investigates the share of imported raw materials in the shipped products of the Russian manufacturing industries in 2010-2016. The most problem is the automotive industry, which has an indicator of 33%, and for enterprises in foreign ownership - 48% in 2016. The positive tendency of decrease of this parameter at the enterprises in foreign and joint property in 2014-2016 is revealed. However, the negative tendency of index growth is revealed among enterprises in Russian property. We also found the growth of the indicator of joint enterprises in food industry, machine building and production of other vehicles in 2016. The government should continue to make efforts to increase the localization of production in enterprises of all forms of ownership in the Russian automotive industry.
