Efficient management as a factor of success of the non-profit public organisation

The actual problem of introduction of the effective management technology as a factor of the success of a non-profit public organization is considered in the article. As a determining factor in the implementation of this process is the introduction into the activity of a non-profit public organization of a model of effective management technology, which, in the author's opinion, will ensure the sustainability of the organization's survival in a changing external environment. The model of the effective management technology will allow the head of the organization to implement elements of the effective management of subordinates, to accumulate a strategic and situational resource, to see how the holistic way of thinking develops and how the management resource is formed. Particular attention is paid to the study of the possibility of implementing model of the effective management technology as a factor in the success of a non-profit public organization and attracting the public to participate in charitable actions. This study allowed to propose ways of implementing the model of the effective management technology into the activities of a public organization.
