Initial sports training as a method of entrepreneurial and innovative potential

In recent years, more and more attention paid to the development and innovation, and support for various forms of business, because they are designed to ensure the sustainable development of the Russian economy in the changing market conditions. In this case the main area of origin of entrepreneurial thinking and the emergence of an innovative environment is increasingly called the university as a place of consolidation of "talent." However, the authors believe, mistakenly overlooked an earlier stage of human life, and which laid the basis of the individual behavioristic - 4-11 years, which targeted metakompetences can be laid through the physical culture and sports. The subject of the research is a set of socio-economic relations and categories arising in the implementation of initial sports training system. Within the framework of this subject the authors formulated the hypothesis that the initial sports training can act as a tool for the development of entrepreneurial and innovative potential, thus. the purpose of the article is a theoretical study of the hypothesis formulated. Achieving this goal is provided by sequential execution of tasks. Methodological tools stated in the title of the work is based on the perspective of general scientific methods of knowledge (dialectical analysis, synthesis, abstraction, etc.), Allow as objectively as possible in an integrated form to submit results of the study. The main results are the following: Considered a creative approach to solving problems within the framework of entrepreneurship and innovation, based on the methodological basis of the theory of inventive problem solving G.S. Altshuller, as well as presented and characterized the main metakompetences, by developing physical culture and sports and presented their place in the paradigm of entrepreneurial and innovative thinking. Considered coaching work as an integrated activity of the subject, combining categories: sport, work, education, mentoring, etc. Recommendations to promote initial sports training as a way of developing the entrepreneurial and innovative potential of society.. The results can be used by the executive authorities of different levels for the purpose of the wording of the provisions of domestic social policy, as well as scientists and researchers engaged in the development areas: labor economics and economies of sports.
