Social and labour relations: baseline conditions and development tendencies of the conceptual model
Changes in productive forces underlie the economic growth and economic development of a society. However, the introduction of new technology and new forms of organization of labour certainly encounter staff's opportunist behaviour that is expressed in employee resistance to change. The causes of such destructive manifestations are in the subject matter and structure of the social and labour relations, which are an essential basis for labour, have been formed for a long time and are distinct in stability that is expressed in rejection of changes that modify the subject matter of labour. The article gives the findings of the authors' research dealt with domestic and foreign sources related to the theory of social and labour relations; the tendencies of its development are outlined, these tendencies are attributed to the values of the social and labour affaires that form the subject matter and structure of the social and labour relations and that can be impacted by creating a social and labour environment susceptible to changes.
