Socio-economic assessment of the effectiveness of entrepreneurship development in the regions of the Far Eastern Federal District from the perspective of stakeholders
The article addresses the issues of the socio-economic assessment of entrepreneurship development efficiency in the regions of the Far East Federal District from the perspective of concerned parties. It is generally recognized and confirmed by the experience of economic development of different countries, that small and medium business is an integral part of economy, an instrument for improving the social climate and resolving political problems. Based on the results obtained from the analysis of current studies, the authors propose the following forms of entrepreneurship in order to assess its efficiency: business, budget, and public. The integral indicators are constructed taking into account the calculated weight coefficients. Approbation of the proposed system of indicators was carried out, according to the results of which ratings were assigned and tendencies in the development of entrepreneurship in the regions of the Far Eastern Federal District were revealed. To increase the level of entre-preneurship development efficiency, the authors propose promising directions for increasing the efficiency of entrepreneurship development.
