Evaluation of Tomsk region purchasing system efficiency in the field of goods and services procurement
This paper is devoted to the empirical analysis of the results of procurement activities in Tomsk region for the period 2014-2016. For this analysis authorial coefficients of the procurement efficiency are using. Author use following indicators of procurement efficiency: "the average number of participants in the competitive procedures per one procedure", "the share of state contracts in value terms, concluded with state organizations in the total number of contracts concluded," "the share of state contracts in value terms, with regional contractors in the total value of government contracts in the reporting period." The article reveals regularities and makes appropriate conclusions about the efficiency of procurement activities of public authorities of the Tomsk region.
