Experience of learning effectiveness evalution in a corporate university of Sberbank
The article analyzes the main approaches to assessing the effectiveness of training used by corporate universities. In this study, emphasis is placed on corporate learning, which, due to a significant link to business, greater flexibility, short educational cycles, practical orientation, can quickly introduce and use innovations, in contrast to the state education system act as their accelerator in the field of training. This direction is extremely important for any educational institutions, but it is to corporate universities that strict requirements are put forward to assess the effectiveness of the controlling business. The article describes the content of the Kirkpatrick model, which often used in corporate universities to assess the effectiveness of training, and provides indicators and tools for their evaluation. The experience of the corporate university of Sberbank in assessing the effectiveness of training at the 1-3 levels of the Kirkpatrick model is analyzed, and illustrative examples are given. Recommendations for improving the system of training in a corporate university with the help of number of educational tools that can be used to improve the effectiveness of training are proposed.
