Global and regional challenges of the IV industrial revolution and their influence on the development of the Russian nuclear TOSER

The article discusses the theoretical issues behind the development of the world economy with fundamental changes of the outlines of all major social-economic systems. Breakthrough technology of the IV industrial revolution will fundamentally change the existing system of resource use, production and consumption. The article considers the essential content of and principles, the general scheme and the model of circular economy. The author explored the main effects of the circular economy, including nuclear industry TOSER.
