Methodical aspects of control of functional and qualification competitiveness of the staff in organisations
In article the moments confirming relevance of a perspective of a research are accented. The key positions creating approaches to assessment of competitiveness of the worker (staff) of the organizations in the conditions of implementation of professional standards are justified. It is provided original techniques of assessment of functional and qualification competitiveness of workers. On the conditional example its implementation is illustrated; application-oriented aspects of use are designated.
