Improvement of the management system of a gas transportation enterprise based on controlling

The subject of the study is a set of theoretical, methodological and practical issues related to the introduction of the process approach and the formation of a controlling system at enterprises in the sphere of housing and communal services. The object of the research are enterprises and organizations that provide gas transportation services, intra-house and intra-apartment gas services. The aim of the research is to develop methodological bases for designing and implementing the process approach, as a controlling tool, to improve the efficiency of gas transportation enterprises management. The methodical and theoretical basis of the study is the works of domestic and foreign scientists dedicated to improving the quality of enterprise management, the introduction of the process approach, as well as research data of domestic scientists, materials of international and domestic conferences, periodicals on the problems of controlling methodology and management practices in the sphere of housing and communal services. The information-empirical base of the research was formed on the basis of the data of the gas transportation enterprise LLC "Dzerzhinskgorgaz". The solution of the tasks posed in the research was carried out using a system approach, methods and instrumental technology of scientific research. The authors apply the most successful concept of controlling for this industry - coordination and integration. Based on the concept of controlling, we propose a controlling technology based on the process approach.
