Intentional bankruptcy of citizens in the Russian Federation: methodical approaches to identifying and problems of practical implementation of the procedure at the present stage
This article explores the reasons observed in 2003-2004 and 2010-2011, the dynamics of decline in gross domestic product, while the growth of investment in fixed capital. It is revealed that the main source of financing of investments in fixed capital is natural rent. However, in fact, in the process of investment in fixed capital, part of the natural rent is transformed and illegally withdrawn into excess profits of project implementers. The key performers are enterprises of the construction industry, and the tool of transformation and withdrawal of natural rent - derived from the main investment projects.
