Contributions to Joint Ventures’ Authorized (Joint-Stock) Capital and Mutual Fund: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

The scientific novelty of the study consists in proposing a new approach to assess the investment of potential assets to the authorized capital stock of a joint venture, including enterprises of consumer cooperation. The aim of the study is to propose a methodology to assess the investment of professional knowledge, skills, abilities, and business reputation to the authorized capital stock or the mutual fund. The study allows evaluating quality investments to the authorized capital stock using simple partnership agreements in cases of a joint activity. The author suggests defining professional knowledge, skills, business reputation, and business relations as marketing intangible assets that can involve idle assets and lead to positive business activity. The author uses general scientific methods, methods of structural and logical analysis. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is modern research and regulatory documents. The article presents the mechanism of their use in enterprises of various fields of activity and legal forms of ownership. The algorithm for calculating and evaluating the investment synthesizes the method of integration processes to determine the real value of investment. These proposals are recommended for the consumer cooperation sphere, as internal and external integration processes are relevant to it. The results of the study can be used by commercial and non-profit organizations and individual entrepreneurs to carry out joint activities and assess investments when it comes to conclude a simple partnership agreement, both in the Russian Federation and in the Eurasian Economic Union.
