The Relationship Between Object Valuation and Trends in the Real Estate Market as the Basis for Contractors’ Management Decisions
In the modern conditions of various contractors’ interaction in the external environment, the issue of optimizing processes in the implementation of contracts is of particular significance. This is particularly important in the investment and construction sector; therefore, it is proposed to pay attention to the practical application of reengineering. Designing changes in the value of a property reflects that, at different stages of the life cycle, this value is different. The price range, in this case, is confirmed by trends in the real estate market. Traditionally, the most developed segment of the real estate market is the residential real estate segment. In this regard, the management of objects and the focus on the cost model of management in the construction of multi-storey residential buildings will take into account the possible range of cost to justify appropriate management decisions.
