The quiz in the practice of preliminary training in small business organizations: A study on the example of recruitment agencies
This article explores the problem of hiring young employees in organizations that belong to the category of small businesses. In the context of this issue, the authors propose to consider preliminary training as a method of attracting promising young specialists from among students and graduates of educational institutions to work in the company through their participation in industrial practice and (or) internship. The authors analyze the state of the small business sector in our country, sets out key statistical indicators. As a result of a survey conducted among employers, the authors present the experience and features of attracting representatives of Generation Z in companies of the HR services market. The results of a survey of students of several universities in the Ural region showed the top-priority formats of interaction between companies and students. Based on an empirical study, the authors propose the development of a student quiz as an event that can be used in the practice of preliminary training of any recruitment agency interested in attracting young and talented students for further employment in the company.
