Current trends in international companies outsourcing
The article analyzes current trends in outsourcing in the activities of international companies, considering it as a strategic tool for increasing competitiveness in the context of globalization and digitalization. The relevance of the study is determined by the evolution of outsourcing from simple cost reduction due to cheap labor to the formation of complex ecosystems and platform models of interaction. The influence of outsourcing on the transformation of traditional supply chains into flexible network structures, where digital technologies such as artificial intelligence, robotic process automation and cloud solutions play a key role, is revealed. A conclusion is made about the need for a balance between tactical savings and long-term integration of outsourcing service providers into business processes. The role of digital platforms in creating transparent ecosystems, where outsourcing becomes a driver of innovation and sustainable growth, is determined.
